Inter City Group was formed in Birmingham in 1981. The last 20 plus years has witnessed its development into a major watch, gift and jewellery manufacturer with distribution facilities in Europe and the Far East.
Due to the Rapid Growth of Inter City they were quickly out growing the capabilities of their Pegasus Opera package. Peter Law General Manager of ICG approached us to evaluate what products were available on the Market and recommend three suitable packages to cope with their growing needs.
Following presentations a package called Visma was implemented by Inter City based on its flexibility and ability to cope with its growing demands. Visma came with Business Interface Gateway (BIG) and reporting package which allowed us to develop business logic and functions within the package in order to replicate the way the business operated.

The ICG system now processes well over 10,000 orders per week from Order Received to Delivery and Invoicing with detailed analysis and reporting through out.
